Tea & Theology is a weekly gathering for young people who want to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, welcoming, and thoughtful environment. Through bible study, open discussion, and interactive activities, young people are encouraged to ask questions, share their views, and discover how faith connects with everyday life.
Each week, the group looks at passages from the Bible and discusses a wide range of topics that matter to young people, including friendship, identity, mental wellbeing, relationships, current events, and purpose. Together, we explore how Christian teaching can help us navigate life's challenges and opportunities with confidence and hope.
The atmosphere is informal and friendly, with refreshments, conversation, and plenty of opportunities to get involved. Sessions often include games, helping to build friendships and make learning about faith both engaging and enjoyable. Whether someone has grown up in church, is new to Christianity, or is simply curious about faith, Tea & Theology provides a safe space to learn, discuss, and grow.
When: Every Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm
Where: St Leonard’s Church, Hythe
Who: Open to all young people from Year 7 upwards
